Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with government and local mandates.


Mobile check-in and key service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and fitness center as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings and cooperate with the body temperature check. We provide face masks free of charge to the guests.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, face masks are required at all times, and some machines are not available to support social distancing.
Lounges: Open, face masks are required at all times unless consuming food and beverage.

Songdo Kitchen: Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner


Breakfast will be offered by buffet, but face masks are always required at all times unless consuming food and beverage. Advanced reservation is required to limit the maximum number of guests at one time.

All of our venues have been adapted to comply with the local law and are limited to 75% of total capacity and 1.5 mtr. between tables.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
