Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.

Breakfast Buffet will have isolated stations in our restaurants. Partitions installed at front desks. Public restrooms equipped with touchless faucets and NSF certified hand dryers with HEPA filters and antibacterial additive.

Valet service is currently available for parking with a sanitation process before and after use.

A temperature screening will be performed upon entry and exit to anyone visiting the hotel. Footwear disinfectant elements will be provided. Special baggage disinfection will be carried out.

 

During check-in, greetings will only be made through visual contact keeping social distancing.

Guests will be provided with all important information regarding the virus, as well as the hygiene and safety measures we are taking for spread prevention and masks are available in Front Desk.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning - We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection by doing it every 2 hours after use, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Staff members will wear face coverings, gloves, etc. based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Sanitation stations will be implemented in strategic and visible areas in the hotel. Their constant use will be encouraged.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in public areas and back of the house. Among the amenities of the room, guests will find disposable disinfectant wipes. Also we have in room coffee makers under request and all décor and services will be cover with plastic.

Room Amenities:

 

  • In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Housekeeping will have a check list of all the rooms when clean them.

 

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours, masks required at all times.
  • Spa: Open from 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m., reservation required.
  • Beach: Open from 11:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.
  • Lobby Bar : Open from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. masks required for entry.
  • Pantry: 24 hours - masks required at all times.
Restaurants:

Footwear and hand disinfectant elements will be provided at entrance.

Huichol: Open for breakfast from 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and open for Dinner from 06:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Komorebi: Open for Dinner from 06:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Media Luna Pool & Snack: Open for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m.
