Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Complying with local regulations, we have installed signage and shields throughout the hotel encouraging guests to reinforce hand sanitation and the recommended social distancing of 2 meters / 6 feet among others. We are committed to include guidance and reducing capacity in public spaces, including:

• In-Room Dining
Mobile check-in, room key, and service requests, are now available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, Living Room, restaurants, etc.
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences we can provide Style services after the third night, or scheduled through the Welcome desk.
  • W Talent will wear required PPE based on the activities they are performing. Guests are welcome to wear personal face covering.

We are committed to making the amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Buffet breakfast has been replaced by an Á la carte menu.
  • Beach access available. Daybeds and Cabanas near the beach are available, ask your waiter for booking fees and availability.
  • WET Deck and WET Too are open for full use including lounging and swimming. There are limited chairs available as we encourage our guests to respect social distancing guidelines.
  • FIT is operating by appointment from 9am to 8pm. Face masks are required at all times, while you are exercising. In order to ensure availability for all out guests, we suggest the facilities use for one hour.
For savory dishes, our culinary venues will operate under strict cleaning and social distancing protocols. We have implemented the use of QR codes to check our sips and food menus. The buffet breakfast has been replaced by an Á la carte menu.

Venazú is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 11:00pm.
Chevychería is open from 11:30 am to 7:00pm
Living Room Bar is open Monday to Wednesday from 11:00am to 11:00pm. Thursday to Saturday 11:00am to 1:00pm
Spice Market is open Wednesday to Monday from 6:00pm to 11:00pm (closed on Tuesdays)
Salero is open Thursday to Tuesday 11:00am to 7:00pm (closed on Wednesdays)
