The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
Property is thoroughly marked with social distancing signs, signage outside of elevator noting maximum two occupants at a time. Elevators marked with floor stickers to note distance needed between occupants. F&B outlets currently closed. Front desk plexiglass partitions installed. Guests waiting in cue at the front desk, floor marked for six feet spacing. All guests are required to wear face masks in all public spaced available if guest does not have one. Restrooms are noted two occupants at a time.
All public space cleaning and sanitizing is done completely every two hours including entrances, elevators, lobby seating, studio areas and public restrooms. Pool and fitness space are currently closed but will be sanitized after each guest departure upon re-opening. The front desk is sanitized after each guest is serviced. All staff are required to wear proper PPE, including face coverings and disposable gloves. Per state mandate all guests are required to wear face coverings in public spaces.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
In following local CDC directives we currently have our fitness center open with a maximum of three occupants at any time. When additional guests are interested in using the space please limit your time. The pool is also open with a maximum capacity of fifteen guests. Masks are required and we ask that guests report to the desk when they have completed their use. Shuttle service is currently not running. Local cab, UBER or Lyft are currently running. Restaurant and lounge running for limited service for breakfast and dinner hours.
We have a Grab and Go option for breakfast in the morning 6:30 AM to 10 AM and a limited Pizza Station with appetisers and a few sandwiches and salads serving 4 PM to 10 PM. Beverage service in the lounge will be available 4 PM to 10 PM. Masks are required to enter the food service area. Grab and Go is also available for your guest room.
