Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
To ensure a safe social distancing and contactless experience, Courtyard by Marriott North Pattaya has delivered a higher safety and cleanliness standard. Below are the measures and practices that we have implemented for a safety of our guests:

• Temperature checks are implemented for all guests and associates entering the hotel's premises.
• Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing
• Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with state mandates and government guidance.
• Partitions installed at front desks and social distancing required for food and beverage service lines.
• Hand sanitizer stations are available in high-traffic areas. All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.
• All the guests are encouraged to limit usage to 4 persons in elevator.
• All associates will be required to wear face masks, and we encourage guests to do so.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms with electrostatic disinfecting sprayer, elevators, lobbies, restaurants, gym and provide more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings. We provide face masks free of charge to the guests.
  • Room Amenities: We will replaced all paper stationary after each guest's check out, our In Room Dining Menu will provided with a QR code for more convenient of the guest and minimize risks. Disinfectant wipes provided in rooms for every arrival guest.
  • Mini Bar: Will be set on requested and after each guests' checkout, our housekeeping staff will remove all items in the mini bar out for clean and disinfect.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services daily while you are away from the room or you should maintain social distancing and wearing mask, if you are in room during service providing.

We are committed to making the amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Pool: Daily pool treatment is provided, including chlorine level and PH balance testing. Monthly water testing by Lab experts.
  • Fitness Centre: 24-hour access with a guest key card, Covering Face Masks and physical distancing encouraged. We clean all exercise equipment after usage, and encourage guests to additionally self-wipe equipment before usage.
  • Kid's Club: Open daily 08:00 - 17:00 hrs. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and reduced capacity and face mask required at all times and hand sanitizing with Physical social distancing.
  • Business Center: Open 24 hours. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and encourage guest to wearing face mask at all times
  • Valet Parking: Unavailable
  • All day Dining: Contactless menu via QR code is available. We have increased the frequency of cleaning to ensure the cleanliness of the outlet.
To align our hospitality service and operation with government's guidelines, we closely monitor the direction from the local health departments regarding health and safety measures, cleaning and social distancing procedures, as well as personal protective equipment.

A temperature check is conducted for every guest when entering our hotel premises and guests are also required to wear a face mask when not dining. The buffet area can only be approached when wearing a face mask and after using hand sanitizer. At all of our restaurants, each table and seating area will be cleaned after usage while deep cleaning will take place every night.
