Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our public space in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Marriott International and the State of NC require face coverings for guests and associates in all public areas of the hotel.

No valet service is currently available. Complimentary on-site self parking available
We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously and are committed to the safety of our guests as well as our associates.

Housekeeping stayover service is currently not available. For special requests, please contact Reception, and they will be delighted to assist you via contact-less delivery.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Connection Gym: Temporarily closed due to State Regulations.
Lounges: Offering To Go Breakfast & To Go Dinner Options along with Bar Service. Breakfast to go available from 7am-10am, Dinner to go available from 6pm - 9pm.
Club Lounge: Temporarily closed.
In-Room Dining: Currently not available.

Our restaurant, 41Hundred, is offering To-Go Options for breakfast and dinner and bar service is available.

 

  • Breakfast To Go Hours are from 7am-10am (Wednesday - Sunday mornings)
  • Dinner To Go Hours & Bar Service is from 6pm-9pm (Wednesday - Saturday evenings)

Capacity in 41Hundred Lounge has been reduced by 50% per State regulations and seating areas have been arranged to allow for social distancing.

In-Room Dining is currently not available.
