We have made some adjustments in order to ensure the comfort and care of our guests as well as our hosts. Included, you will find amenities and schedules available to you during your stay. We will comply with all Marriott guidelines as well as any federal, state or local regulations, including guidance on capacities throughout our public spaces as well as social distancing. The hotel has a hygiene plan and signage will be posted to remind guests of physical distancing guidelines and hygiene practices to prevent the spread of disease. Associates are educated on the proper way to wear, handle, and dispose of PPE, as well as the appropriate way to wash hands, sneeze, and to avoid touching their faces.


All associates are required to wear face coverings.


We encourage you to use mobile key through our app to bypass the check-in process. If you are not currently a Marriott Bonvoy member you may enroll by clicking the link: www.marriottbonvoy.com. Additional contactless options in mobile check in, Web Check in for non-members and mobile remote option for your guest suite TV.

We have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. Our Housekeepers will not enter your room while you are in it. Housekeeping will do a well check each day to provide fresh towels and remove trash from your room. Alternate options can be requested at check in for your stay.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Plexiglas partitions are installed at the front desk area. Guests are critical in preventing the spread of COVID 19 and other infectious diseases. To fulfill this responsibility, we will provide COVID 19 related signage and materials describing good health practices. Signage will be posted to remind guests of physical distancing guidelines and hygiene practices to prevent the spread of disease.

Currently, Marriott international is requiring face masks for all guests and associates. Additionally, the state of Delaware has issued an order requiring face covering consistent with the current CDC guidelines while in any public place. Please visit https://coronavirus.delaware.gov/

All Hotel elevators are fitted with NanoSeptic self-cleaning buttons, constantly cleaning these very high touchpoint surfaces. Electrostatic sprayers are used throughout the public spaces of the hotel and all meeting spaces, allowing the disinfection of spaces in a fast and reliable manner.

Breakfast service is limited to a grab and go continental style breakfast, due to state restrictions in place.

The Hotel is fitted with makeup air units that continuously circulate fresh conditioned air from outside into all public spaces and guestrooms. These units are fitted with the recommended air filtration system and run 24 hours a day.

  • Indoor/ Outdoor Pool: Open daily 9am - 9pm limited to 60% capacity
  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours -limited to 2 guests maximum at one time
  • 99 Sea Level Restaurant - open daily from noon - 9pm - reservations required - indoor and outdoor seating available

99 Sea Level our wonderful oceanfront restaurant is open daily from noon - 9pm, to dine in or on the alfresco patio reservations are required. Tables are socially distanced and fully disinfected between patrons, all associates are using personal protective equipment to limited the spread of Covid 19, rigorous cleaning regimens are in place throughout the dinning, bar and kitchen Areas.
