Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with state mandates (we delete buffet) , and plexiglass, gelhydroalcoolic station installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Guests can use contactless payment.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders are proposed.
  • We increase all HACCP, cleaning measures in each department in compliance with state / Marriott mandates. We buy face masks and gloves for each employee.
  • Valet service is reduced.
  • Housekeeping: the room is available 48 hours later and is cleaned according to French requirements, the amenities are disinfected and are replaced for each new customer. The turn down service is reduced.
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):  Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by French authorities. Guests are forbidden to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying is order.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times and they have hand sanitizer.
  • Spa: Open, reservation required but the hammam is closed.
  • Hotel, restaurant, Front Office, meeting room: Open, face masks required for entry.
  • We promote dining room, FNB reservation to streamline traffic, takeaway or contactless delivery and social distancing practices.
  • All installation are open with the same hour.
