Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms.

Social distancing has disrupted many public services, including certain services at hotels. Despite these new and important guidelines, it is our goal to make your stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Scheduled Housekeeping: Your guest room is your sanctuary throughout your stay with us. You can have housekeeping service daily. Please advise Front Office Team if you could not have the service. If you opt for not having housekeeping service, on the third day of your stay following Marriott International procedures to avoid the spread of COVID-19, our team will make a wellness clean check on your room, and every 7 days a full cleaning. 


Temperature Screening: We will be temperature screening associates and vendors at entry points.

Electrostatic Spraying: we are researching and developing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open daily from 06:30am to 09pm - Rooftop. Only six people will be allowed to use the space at the same time for up to one hour (registration at Front desk).

 

Beach Service: Service unavailable due to government restrictions.

 

Pool: Open daily from 08am to 08pm - Rooftop. 

 

SPA: Open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 9pm. From Monday to Thursday, the appointment must be made 24 hours in advance.


Moonlounge:  Open from Friday to Sunday from 10am to 10pm. From Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 07:30pm. - Rooftop.


JW Executive Lounge:

  • Grab & Go: 24 hours
  • Sitting Area: 9am to 9pm
  • Happy Hour: 5pm to 7pm

In-Room Dining: Available daily from 08am to 10pm. Mobile Dining is also an option to make your request.


Breakfast: Available daily from 7am until 11am. The Carioca Restaurant - 1st Floor.


Moonlounge: Open on Friday to Sunday from 10am to 10pm.  From Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 07:30pm.- Rooftop

 

All Day Dining: Open daily from 12pm to 3pm for lunch and 7pm to 10pm for dinner.
