Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, mandatory face masks to be worn in all public areas, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings), based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room hair dryers and robes are not currently available, but guests can request if needed. Disinfectant wipes are available upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know by 5pm. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 5th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open 24/7 and operating at 50% occupancy. Disinfecting wipes provided.
  • Spa: Services are available 7 days a week. Walk-ins are welcome.
  • Lounges: Access 24/7 to R Lounge for Platinum or higher tier Marriott Bonvoy guests. Bottled soft drinks, water and pre-packaged snacks only.
  • The Shore restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner at 50% occupancy. Hours are from 8am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday open until 10pm.
  • All associates and guests are required to wear face masks.
  • A la carte (in-room dining) is available for contactless delivery to guest room. A la carte is offered during The Shore restaurant's business hours.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

We are ready to accept your socially distanced event. We have implemented the following procedures:


  • All meeting rooms include hand sanitizer, tissues, and fresh pens following each break.


  • Guests will communicate with hotel personnel using Marriott's Meeting Services App allowing for immediate connection to banquet personnel without requiring clients to leave the room; or for staff to enter. Available on phone, laptop, or other device.


  • Larger aisles and space between tables with more working space per attendee. Entrance and exit aisles will be marked.


  • Personal and individually packaged beverage and food services. Items will be served by gloved and masked hotel personnel.
