The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

Social Distancing Measures

Queues will be clearly marked for appropriate social distancing. This includes check-in, check-out, coffee shop, retail shops, casual dining, and valet. To avoid queues or delays, we suggest that guests consider using the Mobile Check-In and Mobile Key features of the Marriot Bonvoy app prior to arrival. 

 

Seating in restaurants, lounges and pool is spaced apart in accordance with local laws and guidelines. Guest elevator occupancy is limited. 

 

Face Coverings 

Face coverings are available at the front desk. 

 

Our Ladies & Gentlemen

Mask policies will follow Marriott International guidance. Additional measures include: 

  • Masks are worn by our Ladies & Gentlemen in indoor areas of the resort
  • Vaccinated employees are not required to wear a face covering in outdoor areas
  • Daily pre-shift temperature screening
  • Personal protective equipment
  • Training on COVID 19 sanitation protocols
  • On-property Cleanliness Champion 

The well-being of our guests and Ladies and Gentlemen is of utmost importance. We remain committed to providing a clean and comfortable environment for all who visit our properties. Below are steps we are taking to keep our guests, employees, and community healthy. Each operating department has its own customized set of procedures, even more detailed than the summary presented here. We will continue to refine and update our plans as needed.

Cleaning Procedures


Deeper, more frequent cleaning of high-traffic and high-touch areas using products that kill the novel coronavirus. Introduction of new cleaning protocols using sanitization products for public spaces. We are evaluating new air sanitation technology, in addition to using HEPA filters. Hand sanitizer dispensers are placed throughout the hotel.

Guest Rooms


Daily housekeeping service is provided when the guest is not present in the room. Deep cleaning between guest stays; focus on sanitizing every area of the room. Deep cleaning of high-touch items such as handles, knobs, pulls, and remote controls. 


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

PROPERTY UPDATES

The Ritz-Carlton, Naples completed a dramatic transformation of the guest facilities in Summer 2023, including a new guest arrival experience, a dramatic new Lobby Bar, new Vanderbilt Tower with Club Level guestrooms and suites as well as a new Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, new outdoor pools, bungalows, and cabanas, as well as new restaurants - Sofra, Moka, and Lobby Bar - joining guest favorites Dusk, Grill, and Gumbo Limbo. 

* Note:  Gumbo Limbo will reopen in September 2023. A new three-meal restaurant will debut in December 2023; in the interim, Artisans will offer a breakfast and entrée menu daily. 


SPA (Through August 8, 2023)

Through August 8, select massage treatments are available while the transformation of The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Naples is completed. Additional massage and facial services are available by appointment at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón.  Salon, manicure, pedicure, and body treatments will re-open on August 8, 2023. Please contact Leisure Reservations for all spa appointments.

 

WATER ACTIVITIES

Experience an unforgettable journey with an array of water sport options right on Vanderbilt Beach. Educational guided tours, excursions, parasailing adventures, banana boat rides, kayak and paddle board rentals also available. Explore the beauty of Naples and the Gulf of Mexico's splendor.

FITNESS CENTER (Through August 1, 2023) 

During Fitness Center project work, cardio-fitness equipment is available in the PORT ROYAL room on the Mezzanine Level.  More extensive facilities are complimentary with your room key just blocks from the resort at L.A. Fitness (871 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Naples 34108).  L.A. Fitness is open weekdays from 5:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., and weekends from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Complimentary transfers are available with a one-hour advance appointment.   

 

THE RITZ-CARLTON SPA, NAPLES (Re-opening August 1, 2023) 

The newly transformed Ritz-Carlton Spa will reopen to guests on August 1, 2023, featuring newly designed public areas, lounges, and fitness center facilities. 
The Fitness Center and locker rooms will resume services on August 1, 2023, with 24-hour access with your guestroom key for the fitness center. The locker rooms are open daily 7:00am - 5:00pm. Spa Boutique, Spa, and Salon services will reopen on August 8, 2023, with hours available daily 10:00am - 5:00pm.

BEACH ACTIVITIES

Seasonal beach hours of operation are Mon-Thurs 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and Fri-Sun 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., weather permitting

 

POOL ACTIVITIES 

Experience a luxurious day poolside in your private bungalow or poolside cabana. Fully enclosed bungalows with air conditioning and private restroom are available daily, with stocked mini-refrigerators, LCD TVs, sofas, loungers, and a dedicated butler. TENNIS

The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón features four lighted Har-Tru courts, a full-service pro shop, drills, clinics and personal instruction from USPTA-certified tennis professionals. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. If you would like to schedule court time or a lesson before or after pro shop hours of operation, we would be happy to assist.

 

GOLF

From your first drive to your last putt, you will find yourself at one with nature and a part of the world's ultimate golf experience at Tiburón Golf Club.
