Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates). We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage is throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and national regulations, and partitions installed at front desk and food & beverage service lines. Hand sanitize stations are available throughout the hotel.

To ensure a smooth, clean, and safe check-out, please feel free to use our Express Check-Out service. At the day of departure, you will receive your invoice underneath your door. If everything is correct, please feel free to drop your key in the Express Check-out box at the Reception. After your departure, we shall send you the final invoice via e-mail.

Credit cards, debit cards, or room charges are preferred. However, payments in cash will still be accepted.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest room. These include:

 

  • Enhance Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the national authorities. Following the current measures of the local authorities, guests are not required to wear personal face coverings, but are welcome to. We are in continuous contact with the government authorities and updating our procedures and protocols, based on the latest developments and guidelines.
  • We're utilizing enhanced cleaning technologies and disinfectants to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making as much services and amenities at the hotel available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance and reinforcing social distancing.

Fitness: The fitness area is open. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed simultaneously. Please, be advised that we have jogging routes available if you prefer to workout outside. Ask the Reception for more details and we will gladly assist with your workout needs.

Executive Lounge: Please note that the Executive Lounge is currently closed due to government regulations. All our Marriott Bonvoy Members with a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite Membership level or above will have a daily restocked minibar with non-alcoholic soft drinks and snacks. In addition, you may enjoy complimentary Continental breakfast in The Gallery next to receiving 10% F&B discount in all our F&B outlets.
Breakfast. We have taken extra measures and altered our procedures to ensure your and our safety. All items on the buffet are individually packed and the buffet shall be disinfected regularly.

Daily: 06.30 - 11.00 hours

Lunch and Dinner. Lunch and Dinner are served in The Gallery located on the ground floor. We offer an a la carte menu with international and local items.

Lunch and Dinner opening times:

Daily: 12.00 - 23.00 hours

Room Service: Room service is being offered 24 hours and delivered to your door. Our associates will not enter the room to serve or pick up the meal. If you leave your tray in front of the room this will be picked up by our service attendant.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

The Mobile requests option gives you a list of amenities to choose from to customize your stay or to ask for something you forgot.

Parking at the hotel is based on availability. In case the parking lot is occupied, we advise you to park at the ‘Worldforum Parking Garage A' which is only a 2 minute walk located next to the hotel. You can always load and unload baggage in front of our entrance and the hotel provides parking validation for both lots.
