​​​​​​​Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Social distancing & signage: We have placed signage throughout the hotel, including restaurant & bar, helping guests maintaining 1.5 meters distance at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, the following signage: one-direction walking routes, maximum capacities per space/room, closed areas and facilities, and designated waiting areas.

Mobile Check-In and Keyless Entry: we would like to inform that we offer the possibility through Marriott Bonvoy to check-in online through the Marriott Bonvoy App. This allows you to have Keyless Entry to your room. We highly advice you to make use of this service. Moreover service request are available through chat function via the same app.

Self-Parking in garage: if you would like to make use of our parking, guests are requested to park their car themselves. Our staff will be assisting with opening the parking gate when entering and leaving the parking garage.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE face masks based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings, but it is not mandatory.
  • Disinfectant Material: When entering and leaving the hotel & restaurant all guests are requested to clean their hands with disinfectant, available in multiple areas.
  • Kiosk: in our kiosk face masks and disinfectant material are available.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Valet Parking: No longer available, only self parking.

Fitness Studio34: As of the 14th of December all indoor sport facilities needs to be closed according to governmental measurements, at least until the 19th of January. Stay fit and work out outdoors: our team is able to provide guests running routes through our local forest and through our city along the river Maas.

As of the 14th of December all public areas, restaurants & bars needs to be closed according to the Dutch government at least until 19th of January 2020. Kindly be informed that we offer a lovely menu for in-room dining for breakfast, lunch & dinner from our kitchen of Didot34 available from 07:00 till 22:00. We are allowed to provide alcohol until 20:00.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
