Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh is taking serious precautions and preventive measures to maintain the safety and well-being of its valued guests. These measurements include social distance signage through the hotel to remind the guests of social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reduction in the restaurants, and safe check-in and no valet service in compliance with local ordinances and regulations.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning around 24hrs: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, primarily in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All guests are also gently reminded to wear their facemask from the moment they enter the hotel.

Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. Each room and the public area will be sanitized before the guest's arrival and after his or her departure as well.

Room Amenities: All fruit amenities are covered and replaced regularly to adhere to cleanness and hygiene's best practices. Guests will also receive disinfecting wipes in the room.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, masks required at all times.
Spa: Closed until further notice.
Lobby Lounge: Open, masks are required for entry.
Bowling Alley: Open, social distancing and masks are required.
Venues: Partially Open, social distancing and masks are required.
Cigar Lounge: Open, masks are required for entry.
The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh guests are welcomed in Azzurro, the Italian restaurant with an a la carte menu available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Chorisia Lobby Lounge is also open where we follow all the cleanliness measures and disinfect between each guest seating. Turquoise Cigar Lounge and Strike Bowling Alley are also open requiring advanced reservations.

Each venue at The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh provides a QR Code for the menus to create a safe contactless experience for its valued guests.
