Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates

You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public areas.


Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.


Valet parking is currently not available. Guests are asked to self-park using the surrounding public garage options. City parking available at a $1.50 per 30min, $25 all day Mon.-Fri. $10 all day Sat. & Sun.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Electrostatic Spraying.

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Regularly scheduled housekeeping services have been suspended. Please contact the front desk if you request to have fresh linens and amenities delivered to your room.


If you are here for an extended stay housekeeping services can be requested. If at any time a staff member is requested or required to enter your guestroom for maintenance issues, we will require all guests to vacate the room for a minimum of four hours prior to service.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, masks required at all times.
Grange Restaurant is currently not available. Limited Grab n Go menu are available at the Front Desk via takeaway or contactless delivery and social distancing practices. Please note we do not offer a Mobile Dining option at this time.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.



Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.

  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room

  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.

  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
