Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
We are committed to making the amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. Our hotel has signage reminding guest to wear face masks, maintain social distancing, along with hand sanitizer stations throughout hotel and individual wipes placed in every room. Our front desk, Starbucks and our restaurant have plex-glass partitions that have been installed at all service lines.

We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. You'll notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout public spaces and guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and provided more hand sanitizing stations. We utilize hospital grade cleaners followed by Electrostatic spraying disinfectants.
  • Social Distancing Practices: You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Guests are also mandated to wear personal face coverings based upon guidelines from state and local health authorities.
  • Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. Housekeeping stayover service is unavailable. You can contact us via Mobile Chat or Request in the Marriott Bonvoy app or stop by the front desk. All housekeeping deliveries are contact less and delivered to your door.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Our team will be unable to enter occupied rooms. Due to this, we have made the following adjustments to our services:

 

  • In-Room dining will be unavailable
  • Housekeeping stayover service will be unavailable
  • Towel and amenity refreshes can be requested at the front desk or through mobile app
  • Contactless delivery of new items and removal of old items will be arranged
  • Masks are required for all associates and guests per City and State Ordinance in all public areas

 

 

Formaggio Taverna and Patio is available for outdoor dining / indoor dining room is open with a maximum capacity of 20 people during the following hours: Thursday - Saturday 5pm-9pm

 

Starbucks is available the following hours with seating on our trellis, Starbucks Patio/Lobby: Daily6am-1pm

 

Small Snacks and limited alcoholic beverages are available in The Market.

 

 

Fitness Center: Please see a Guest Service Associates for information. Daily 6am-10pm.

 

Pool is open with the following restrictions:

 

  • Hours of Operation 6am-11pm Wristband Required
  • Spa is closed per local restrictions
  • Wristbands are required and are available to be distributed by the front desk
  • Only Registered Guests have access to the pool
  • Only one wristband per guest
  • Pool towels are also distributed upon request at the front desk
  • Glass is not permitted at the pool

  • All service lines have plexi-glass barriers and signage indicating where to stand, maintain social distancing and to wear face mask when not eating or drinking. All tables are cleaned with a hospital grade cleaner after each use and then disinfected with an electrostatic sprayer. If you do not feel comfortable dinning on the Trellis or Dinning room you may also place a to go order to take to your room during the hours listed above.
