Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and lobby touch points as well as providing ample hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law, guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings throughout the resort property.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for arriving guests.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 3rd night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open daily from 6:00AM-10:00PM (Maximum occupancy of 5 people at a time. Masks are required. Please social distance.)
  • Spa: Closed until further notice.
  • Business Center: Open 24 hours/day upon request. Ask at the front desk.
  • Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub: Open daily from 8:00AM - 10:00PM
  • Meetings & Event Spaces: Currently operating for up to 20 people. Please contact our sales department at 505-954-9687.
  • Valet Parking: Currently not operating per New Mexico Public Health Order. Self-Parking in front lot or garage for $25/day.
  • Shuttle Service: Currently not operating per New Mexico Public Health Order.
  • Grab & Go Breakfast items are available in the Lobby from 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM Monday - Thursday.
  • Hot Breakfast is available at Julia - A Spirited Restaurant & Bar from 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM Friday - Sunday
  • Dinner is available at Julia - A Spirited Restaurant & Bar Thursday - Saturday from 4:00PM-10:00PM. The bar menu is available between 5:00PM-10:00PM.
  • For any snacks or convenience items, please visit our Corner Pantry, available 24 hours/day in the lobby.
