Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines. Hand sanitizer stations are provided throughout our public space. The use of a face mask is mandatory for all guests and employees on the resort property.

 

Additional information:

 

  • Our property is spread over 6 acres with most guest rooms having exterior entrances allowing for easier social distancing. Enjoy the open pathways as you walk to your room.
  • We offer self-parking on a first come, first served basis in our front lot and parking garage. We do not offer motor home or trailer parking on the property. Valet service is currently not available for parking. Shuttle service is currently not available.
  • We have instituted a seating capacity on our restaurant patio and distanced according to local requirements.
  • We are disinfecting tables and seating after each party enjoys their meal.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and lobby touch points as well as providing ample hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law, guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings throughout the resort property.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for arriving guests.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 3rd night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Currently closed per New Mexico Public Health Order.
  • Spa: Closed until further notice.
  • Business Center: Open 24 hours/day upon request. Ask at the front desk.
  • Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub: Currently closed per New Mexico Public Health Order.
  • Meetings & Event Spaces: Currently operating for up to 10 people. Please contact our sales department at 505-954-9687.
  • Valet Parking: Currently not operating per New Mexico Public Health Order. Self-Parking in front lot or garage for $25/day.
  • Shuttle Service: Currently not operating per New Mexico Public Health Order.

Enjoy dinner on our Patio Restaurant outdoors under the Santa Fe sun. The Patio Restaurant is open for dinner and libations Wednesday - Saturday from 5:00 PM-9:00 PM. For any snacks or convenience items, please visit our Corner Pantry, available 24 hours/day in the lobby. We are seating at reduced capacity and adhering to social distancing requirements. We are using one time use menus to minimize risks. Please see below for our restaurants:

 

  • Patio Restaurant is open Wednesday-Saturday from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
  • Staab House Lounge is closed per New Mexico Public Health Order.
  • Julia's Restaurant (indoor dining) is closed per New Mexico Public Health Order.
  • Pool Bar is closed per New Mexico Public Health Order.
