Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

In compliance with local and state mandates, signage has been placed throughout the resort to remind guests to maintain social distancing and to limit occupancy and seating capacity in our restaurant and at the Resort Pool. Partitions have also been installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

No valet service is currently available for parking.

We have completed and are following our Marriott International Commitment to Clean Program, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Your room has been sanitized, prior to your arrival.

Per Marriott International and San Diego County Regulations, we require that all guests who are traveling throughout the property are using a proper face covering to protect our guests and staff. We ask that all guests practice social distancing when you are in the public spaces of the hotel.

We are located on a 50-acre complex overlooking the Pacific Coastline with many outdoor venues to relax and enjoy the California climate in a Safe and Socially distanced manner.

Adjusted Hours of Food Operations

  • Monday - Friday: Breakfast Service from 7am - 10am (Grab & Go Only - located next to The Sheraton Tides Pool)
  • Saturday & Sunday: Brunch Service from 7am - 1pm
  • 7 days/week: Dinner Service from 4:30pm - 9pm (Dine-In on heated poolside patio or indoor dining at 25% occupancy)
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. 

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Beach: Open.

Golf: Open, social distancing required.


Sheraton Fitness Center: OPEN to resort guests 7 days/week: 7am-midnight

  • Sheraton Fitness Center is open at a limited capacity (1 person per use) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Work out time will be 1 hour maximum per guest. To access our gym, you will need to obtain a key card by signing in at the Front Desk and providing proof of ID.

Kids Club / Playground: Closed until further notice.

Shuttle: Please call the front desk to make arrangements.


Parking: We offer self-parking.


  • Monday-Friday: Breakfast 7am-10am (Grab & Go located next to the Sheraton Tides Pool)
  • Saturday-Sunday: Brunch: Sat. & Sun. 7am-1pm

Room Service: Offering Grab and Go service only from 7 Mile Kitchen.


Pool: OPEN to resort guests Monday - Sunday from 9am - 7pm.

  • Sunday: 11:30am-4pm


Due to COVID-19 there are capacity limitations. Pool access is on a first come first serve basis. When at capacity, we do offer a wait list.
