Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Valet services are in place Friday / Saturday and Sunday. Our valet partner upholds the highest of standards as it relates to safety of guest, guest property, and associate alike. All valet have appropriate face covering, use of gloves and sanitizer both in liquid and wipe form ensuring the guests property is safe and clean. Guests use a touch less process for retrieving their vehicle and payment for valet is through the hotel folio system.
In room coffee makers are now placed back in the guest room - all machines are wiped with disinfecting wipes upon every check out and that all condiments including coffee cups are individually wrapped.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Fitness centre is currently open and available by appointment only. Only guest and their party are allowed in the area at any one time. Once the guest has finished using the facility a team member wipes every surface whether used or not with sanitizer wipes and then the entire facility is sprayed using the electro-static sprayer.
Bistro is open for breakfast daily 8am-10am PST. Limited seating is only available and socially distance signage on the floor to ensure guest and associate are safe. Plexiglass screen is in place in front of the POS - guests can also call down to order and pick up.
