Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
We have signs throughout the hotel. At the check in counter we have stations for social distancing and plexi glass between the associate and the guest. We only offer outdoor dining with social distancing guidelines and no table service. We do not offer valet on site only self parking at the property.
Our property has set up the lobby with social distancing and safety in mind. We have set up stations at the front desk and plexi glass to ensure to distance between the associate and the guest. We have hand sanitizer stations set up throughout the lobby.

In the guest rooms we have the remote control covers. We have taken out almost all collateral and although we do have our coffee makers in the rooms we are using the safety and cleanliness seals. Additional attention is spent on the high touch points in room, including but not limited to: door handles, sink and shower faucet handles, telephones, etc.

All associates are provided a usable, washable mask and gloves are provided on a daily basis to all associates that come in contact with guests or guests' belongings.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

The available amenities and outlets in the hotel are as follow:

 

  • Fitness center: The facility is open, requiring masks to be worn and all machines are set up using the 6ft rule.
  • Pool: We have limited hours set up for our pool and all pool furniture is set up 6ft apart.

The only available seating is in our open patio area. All patio furniture is socially distanced and all food is to go style. The guest orders at the bar where the associate and guest are separated by plexi glass and the guest then picks up the food at the opposite end of the bar.

 

  • Amuse Bar and Grill: The bar is open for outdoor dining only with limited hours.
  • We Proudly Brew Starbucks Cafe: Open with limited hours. To go only with available patio seating.

  • Breakfast: We are only offering our Starbucks cafe with breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and a variety of beverages.
  • Lounge Access: Our lounge is currently closed so we are offering all Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Elites a $10 voucher to be used at the Starbucks Café or the Amuse Bar.
  • Welcome Gift: Gold Elite receives the 500 points. Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Elites receives the $10 F&B credit or 1,000 bonus points.
  • Late Check-Out: Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Elites receive a 4pm check out. Gold and Silver 2pm.
