The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
Mobile/straight to room check in fully available and operational. Valet is available for parking Friday/Saturday and Sunday. Our valet partner uses touchless retrieval and the highest levels of standards as it relates to guest belongings. Luggage assistance each cart is wiped down using sanitizing wipes and all associates use facial coverings, gloves used in a correct manner and as mentioned sanitizer in both liquid and wipe format.
All associates use appropriate PPE - housekeeping use face shield and mask with blue gloves to remove all dirty laundry from the guest room (check out) and place in sealed trash liner. They replaced their gloves with new to then clean the room - once clean they remove face shield whilst continuing to wear face mask and change to black gloves to make up the guest room with clean laundry. Once completed the room is inspected and then electro static sprayed using hospital grade chemical the room is then sealed. Hairdryer and steamer available in the guest room and each check out are sanitized. Ice buckets are available at the front desk and are disposable.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Fitness centre is open 24 / 7 with reservation - once a guest has used the facility (themselves and their party only) the entire facility is cleaned and sanitized. Our bar is open with limited seating hours of operation are breakfast daily 8am-10am and through 11am on the weekends - evening service is 4pm-9pm weekdays and through 10pm weekends - all patrons must have a meal if they are partaking in alcoholic beverages. All guests and associates alike are required to wear appropriate facial coverings in all public shared spaces unless sat and eating/drinking.
Breakfast offered daily weekday 8am-10am and weekends through 11am - dinner is offered daily 4pm-9pm weekday and through 10pm weekends (Fri/Sat). All guests are required to be sat and have a meal if drinking alcoholic beverages. All public shared spaces all guests and associates alike must wear appropriate face masks.
