The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

Mobile check-in and Mobile key is available as well as web check-in. Marriott Fresh Bites and Marina Pizza delivered right to your room.

Valet parking is currently unavailable; however self-parking is currently available, for an additional charge of $45.00.

Housekeeping service available upon request.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Disinfectant wipes are available upon request.


Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina has achieved Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ accreditation, the gold standard for prepared facilities. Under the guidance of GBAC, a Division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina has implemented the most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention in our facility.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our waterfront resort available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The following amenities and activities are open for your enjoyment:

Quinn's Ale House offers pub-style food in a casual environment overlooking the pool area with a view of the harbor. Unwind with an extensive list of wines and craft beers in San Diego. Located in the Marina Tower lobby. Open daily 7 AM - 11 AM and 5 PM - 12 AM.

Located poolside and next to our sparkling marina, Shoreline Cantina is a seasonal outdoor restaurant offering grilled favorites, small bites and craft cocktails. Located at the Lagoon Pool - Open Thursday- Sunday 12 PM - 9 PM.

Begin your morning with the smell of your favorite Starbucks Coffee blend and fresh-out-the-oven pastries. The finest local produce makes up our hand-tossed salads and house-made sandwiches, packaged and ready to take on the go. Located in the Marina Tower Lobby. Open daily 5:30 AM -1:30 AM.

Pizza made-to-order and delivered hot from the pizza-oven to your guestroom. Fresh and savory ingredients to engage all your senses. Try our Cal Naples Pizza or design one on your own. Deliziosa pizza! Available daily 11 AM - 1:30 AM.

Located In our Bay Tower, enjoy a selection of pastries and breakfast favorites in the morning, and unwind with an assortment of local beers and wines in the evening. Open 7 AM - 11 AM and 4 PM - 10 PM.

Fresh Bites is our fresh take on in-room dining. Delivered fast, no fuss. Just fresh, local, San Diego flavor packaged to enjoy in your room or on the go. This contact light meal will be delivered to your guestroom door.

  • Marina Tower: Daily 6 AM - 11 AM and 6 PM - 12 AM.
  • Bay Tower: Daily 7 AM - 10 AM and 6 PM - 10 PM
