As a part of our commitment to your health and safety, we have sanitized/disinfected room in preparation for our guests arrival. We enter the guest's room unless the guest a request for any maintenance or housekeeping service during their stay, and those requests will be done once the guest leaves the room unoccupied.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limit in our elevators, guest-laundry facility, fitness room and pools areas in compliance of local and state mandates. Partitions are installed at the front desk to make sure we observe social distancing while interacting with guests.
Mobile Check-in and Web Check-in request are all available to limit unnecessary interactions. Service requests and room requests are also available with the use of chat feature on Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
