The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

In the spirit of hospitality, we show care and concern at every level for our guests. We are ensuring we are following the latest CDC, state, and local guidelines as it relates to COVID-19.


  • All Associates are wearing PPE including, but not limited to, face masks and gloves.
  • All Associates have been trained on the latest CDC guidelines and best practices from Marriott International.
  • All Associates undergo a daily temperature check.
  • Partitions are placed in main guest interaction areas in lobby, bars, and restaurants
  • Sanitization Stands located throughout the hotel
  • Signage and 6 feet of social distancing is displayed throughout the hotel
  • Elevators are guided with one family or guest per elevator
  • Face Masks are required for all guests when in our public spaces, including our lobby
  • Hourly cleaning with hospital grade disinfectants are utilized through the property
  • All departing rooms are fully disinfected and fresh linens placed prior to the next guest arrival
  • Stayover service cleaning is applied for all guests staying 5 nights or more
  • Mobile Check-In and Service Requests are available through the Marriott Bonvoy Mobile App
  • No Valet Parking Service is currently available, but there is Self Parking Available with adjacent lots and charged through hotel room. You can first register and then park.

  • Trade Café Service Daily Grab and Go Available (please see specifics under F&B for hours)

As always, the health and safety of our guests and associates remains our top priority and we are proud to be going above and beyond all state and health department guidelines to ensure the strictest standards are in place and keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean:

Public Spaces:
We are ensuring that hourly, our spaces are all cleaned and disinfected, with high priority on high traffic areas like the restrooms, elevators and doors.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
All associates are wearing PPE (i.e. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the services they are providing and local guidelines. Guests are also required to wear face coverings in accordance with the CDC wearing guidelines in all public spaces of our hotel, including the lobby even if eating. We ask cooperation with wearing your mask in between bites and drinks.

Electrostatic Spraying:
We utilize enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our robust cleaning protocols.

Housekeeping Service:


  • Regularly scheduled housekeeping service has been suspended to limit potential exposure. Please contact the front desk if you would like additional towels, or linens and we can deliver them to you.
  • For those guests that stay with us 5 or more nights, we will schedule housekeeping services at 9am, 11am, 1pm and 2pm daily.
  • If you have trash to be picked up please contact the front desk and we will arrange that for you
  • If at any time our associates is requested to enter your guest room for maintenance issues or cleaning, we will require all guests to vacate the room for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to service.

Fitness Center:
Open from 6am-10pm daily by reservation only in 45 minute increments so that we may fully sanitize in between usage. There is one guest or family per reservation

Valet Parking:
Currently suspended, however, we are offering overnight self parking with local ACE Parking Lots adjacent to the hotel. Please pull up on white loading zones at hotel and upon registration, we will issue you a parking pass you can place on your dashboard when you go to park you car. The overnight discounted parking is $35 per night.

In-Room Coffee Makers:
Currently unavailable, but our Trade Café is open for service 7 days a week and our Platinum Elite and above Bonvoy Members receive complimentary house coffee a Trade Café.

Ice Machines:
Are currently closed, but we are happy to deliver ice to your room

Veranda Club Lounge:
Currently closed, however we offer alternatives. Please see our Bonvoy Section for details.

Business Center:
Currently closed. We are happy to print out your boarding passes at the front desk.

Guest Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services:

If you would like to purchase dry cleaning or laundry, please bring your items to the front desk by 8:30am to receive by 5:30pm same day.

We are always in accordance with state and local guidelines to ensure our guest dining experience is a safe one.

Topside Terrace Kitchen & Bar:

Breakfast & Brunch: Saturday & Sunday 9am - 1pm
Dinner: Wednesday-Thursday & Sunday 5pm-9pm | Friday & Saturday 5pm-10pm with last seating at 9:15pm

Located on the roof of our 3rd floor, we are pleased to offer outdoor dining! Please ensure you make reservations through open table and face coverings must be worn until you are seated. All parties must be present to sit down and there is no gathering away from your table. All alcohol must have food when ordered.

Trade Café & Bar:

Morning Coffee & Grab and Go: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 10:30am | Saturday & Sunday 7am - 11am
Bar and To Go Dinner: Friday & Saturday 5:30pm-10:30pm

Trade Café and Bar is located in the heart of our hotel and is currently serving coffee in the morning to go as well as full bar services and Topside Dinner Menu to go.

Room Service:

Currently closed. We are pleased to offer to go food from one of our open services.

Veranda Club Lounge:

Currently closed, however, for our Bonvoy members who qualify, please see the Bonvoy Section for alternatives.

Vouchers will be given at arrival and used in our outlets.
  • Welcome Gift: Elite Gold will receive 500 bonus points upon arrival. Platinum/Titanium/Ambassador Elites will receive a choice of 1,000 points per stay or $10 F&B Credit Per Stay.
