We have also made a few adjustments to the services, amenities, and facilities available during your stay.

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility.  Please join us in our efforts to continue to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates).  We appreciate your support and understanding.

When arriving to our hotel, you will notice some measures taken to foster social distancing and enhance contactless experiences. Measures include but are not limited to:


  • Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing.
  • Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Partitions installed at front desks.
  • Partitions installed at food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and room key.
  • Mobile service requests.
  • Room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.

In addition, our hotel is taking measures to provide a safer travel experience for you. Some of the measures include:


  • Sanitary foot bath for shoe disinfection upon entering the hotel building.
  • Front door constantly disinfected.
  • Temperature screening for all people entering the hotel building.
  • Masks will be required and distributed (to those who do not have one).
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers.
  • Disinfection of front desk counter after every interaction, as well as pens and room keys after use.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear face coverings, gloves, etc. based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Temperature screening for all guests, associates and vendors at any entry points.

Room Amenities and Cleanliness


  • In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Reduction of items in the room to make your stay safer.
  • Sanitizing kits available.
  • Requests can be made through the Marriott Bonvoy™ app.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open from Monday to Friday from 6AM - 8PM. On Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: from 7AM to 3PM
  • Outdoor Swimming Pool: Open everyday; from 7AM to 7PM.
  • Gift/Jewelry Shop: Open everyday; from 11AM to 7PM.
  • Beauty Salon: Open from 11AM to 5PM.
  • Airport Shuttle: Temporarily unavailable.
  • Executive Lounge: Temporarily unavailable.
  • Atrium Bar: Open for dinner, 3PM - 12AM.
  • Cafe Deville Restaurant: Open for breakfast (Buffet style from 6AM - 11AM) / Lunch (A La Carte style from 12AM - 3PM).
  • Room Service: Available 24h *Mobile Dining is available at our hotel. Order from the Marriott Bonvoy™ app*.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.
