The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout the Marriott Plaza to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking.

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

 


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.

 

Pool: Open from 9-10pm daily with limited capacity. Please check with front desk for availability.

 

Room Service: Not available.

 

Parking: Valet & Self-Park Available.

Onsite Anaqua Restaurant serves breakfast in our lobby, every day, beginning at 6:30am (Monday-Friday) and 7am (Saturday/Sunday).

 

The Anaqua Lounge is open every day, except Sunday, from 5pm-10pm. Enjoy cocktails over a light-dinner menu or make sure to stop by on your way to the pool.

 

Dine-in and take-out available. No room service available at this time.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.

Available benefits vary by location and membership tier. At this hotel, please note that we currently offer the following Marriott Bonvoy benefits:

 

  • Breakfast: Bonvoy members can access breakfast in our Anaqua restaurant 5 days a week. On 2 days the restaurant is not open they can access our 24 market pantry for breakfast sandwiches
  • Lounge Access: Our Anaqua Lounge is open 5 nights a week. If a Bonvoy member is looking for a beverage on the 2 nights we are not open, we have beverages available in our Market Pantry
  • Welcome Gift: We provide a welcome amenity to our Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador arrivals. They can choose between points or a Food and Beverage credit
  • Late Check-Out: We follow the Marriott Bonvoy standard with regards to Late check out for our Platinum and above members
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: We do have Mobile check in and check out here at the Marriott Plaza
  • Mobile Key: We do participate in the Marriott Mobile Key program
  • Mobile Dining: We currently do not have mobile dining access
  • Mobile Guest Requests: We utilize Marriott GXP to process guest requests
