Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing.
  • Occupancy limits for the different guest amenities and public spaces are posted in the affected area.
  • Partitions are installed at the Front Desk and Bistro service counter.
  • Mobile check-in and check-out and service requests are available through the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators and lobby seating areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (face coverings, gloves, etc) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public spaces according to local mandates.
  • Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive housekeeping refresh service, please let our Front Desk team know.

If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Our pool is open at limited capacity of 15 guests at a time and is frequently disinfected by our staff.

Our fitness center is open 24hrs/day; capacity is limited to 3 people at a time; our staff is disinfecting the room at least every 2 hours; sanitizing wipes are available for guest use. Additionally, our partner Lifetime Fitness at The RIM, is accepting guests of our hotel to utilize their fitness facilities (proof of stay is required and ID is required).

Bistro bar open Thur-Sat 6pm - 9pm; partition in use at service counter; capacity is limited to 50%; seating has been removed from the bar top and only available at tables that have been placed 6 ft apart.

Face masks are required in all public spaces by all associates and guests. There is signage throughout the hotel encouraging social distancing.

There are sanitation stations provided throughout the hotel at the Front Desk, the elevator and the Fitness Center.
Our Bistro is currently closed, however we have pastries and hot breakfast sandwiches made fresh daily for purchase at the Front Desk. Starbucks coffees are also available for purchase at the Front Desk.
