The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key as well as service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking. Self-parking is available for $30/day.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. At this time, all associates are required to wear face masks inside the Hotel. Per City of Savannah ordinance, face masks are to be worn in city owned or operated buildings, on pedicabs and trolley tours, federally operated transportation, in medical and healthcare facilities 

Coffee makers are provided in each guest room along with Coffee pods and condiments.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. Housekeeping can provide a daily refresh of towels, toiletries, and make the bed. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 7th night.

Outdoor Pool: Open 8am - 8pm. Social distancing practices in place.

Fitness Center: Fitness Facility open 24 hours a day with keycard access. We invite you to walk/run along Riverstreet for wonderful views of the ships passing through.

Spa: Open daily 9am - 6pm - Appointments are Required.


Concierge Lounge open with limited hours for Bonvoy Ambassador, Titanium and Platinum members plus 1 guest: Monday-Friday 6:30am-9am. Closed after 9am.


Business Center is open. Available 24 hours, credit card required

At Marriott, food handlers and supervisors are trained on safe food preparation and service practices. The company's food and beverage operations are required to conduct self-inspection using its food safety standards as guidelines, and compliance is validated by independent audits. Marriott is also enhancing sanitation guidelines and training videos for associates that include hygiene and disinfecting practices. All food and beverage associates wear masks and gloves. Blue Bistro Restaurant: Open daily for breakfast: 7:00am-11:00am. Buffet only. No A La carte menu.


Atrium Great Room Restaurant: Open

  • Sunday - Thursday: 11am - 10pm
  • Friday and Saturday: 11am - 11pm


Atrium Bar: Open for beverage service

  • Sunday - Thursday: 11am - 10pm
  • Friday and Saturday: 11am - 11 pm


Bistro Fresh: Available each evening, 4pm - 10pm. Orders may be placed in advance and picked up at the Atrium Bar, or delivered to guest room for in-room dining ($5 fee applies for each delivered order). Meal is provided in disposable dinnerware.

Hotel Gift Shop: Open 24 hours a day with snacks, beverages, and sundries.

Concierge Lounge: Closed. Bonvoy Platinum members will receive 750 bonus points per night in lieu of Concierge Lounge access.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:


  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
