Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage and floor decals/stickers throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and to wear a mask in public spaces.
  • Lobby furniture is placed 6ft apart to maintain social distancing.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the hotel especially in high traffic areas.
  • Our team is assisting with dispensing grab and go coffee in the morning following proper hygiene protocols to prevent crowding.
  • Mobile check-in is available for guests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Free self-parking is available for all guests.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our hotel and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including hallways and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. Designated trash receptacles for Personal Protective Equipment is located near Associates' entrance and exit.

PPE: Staff members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also encouraged to wear personal face coverings throughout public spaces of our hotel.

Disinfection: We're utilizing hospital-grade disinfectants between guests to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. Recycled room keys are disinfected with a sanitizing solution prior to re-use.

Turndown Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our hotel available to you while complying with state and local regulations. The modifications we have made include:

Communal Kitchen: Open and available for use. All appliances are wiped down after use and cookware is washed by an Associate.

Outdoor Pool: Open from 9am - 9pm with sign-up required at the front desk to limit capacity for the pool deck to 4 rooms at a time. 1-hour time slots are allotted and cleaning is done by an Associate throughout the day.

Ping Pong Table: Available for use. Paddles are kept with the front desk and provided upon request. All paddles are wiped down and sanitized before use.

Community Games: Available for use. Kept with the front desk and provided upon request. All games are wiped and sanitized before use.

Bike rentals: Available for use and based on first come first served basis. All bikes can be rented for 2 hours or for day use. Helmets and locks are provided for guest use and wiped down and sanitized between use.
Free grab & go AM coffee service is provided from 6-11am. All Associates follow proper hygiene protocols setting up the coffee station and dispensing coffee upon request. All creamers and sugars are individually wrapped.

24/7 on-site Marketplace is open for additional grab & go snacks and refreshments for purchase.

Local take-out and food delivery is also available through many nearby restaurants that are within walking distance of our hotel. Our partnership with ACME Hospitality provides guests with exclusive deals at Santa Barbara's most popular restaurants.
