Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates. QR Menus available in our restaurants. Partitions installed at front desks. Mobile check-in and key. Mobile service requests available through the Marriott Bonvoy app and our dedicated 24-hour Guest Services chat. Public restrooms equipped with touchless faucets and NSF certified hand dryers with HEPA filters and antibacterial additive.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Temperature screening for associates, vendors, and guests at entry points.

Alcohol gel dispensers available in all areas and high traffic points.

Elevator keypads and public door handles are covered with antibacterial copper film to prevent virus spread.

Room Amenities:

  • In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request


Housekeeping:

  • Cleaning services will be provided on the third day of your stay, or as coordinated with the guest upon request.
  • The assignation of guest rooms is made according to a distribution that will allow social distancing between guests.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Fitness Center: Open from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm, reservation required, face mask required at all times.
Pool: Open from 09:00 am to 09:00 pm, reservation required.
Breakroom/Playground: Open from 09:00 am to 09:00 pm, reservation required, one family/group at the time.
In Room Dining: Available every day from 08:00 am through 08:00 pm.
Restaurant & Bar: Open for pick up.
Meeting & Events: Open, limited to local regulations.

The Bistro: Open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
