Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

We are committed to making the amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Face coverings are required in all indoor public space including the lobby, guest room corridors, elevators, meeting space and public restrooms. Hand sanitizer is provided in high traffic areas for your convenience.
  • Our restaurant, Amuse is currently closed; however, a list of local restaurants will be provided upon arrival.
  • M Club is currently closed.
  • Grab N' Go snacks and beverages are available in the lobby 24 hours a day.
  • Fitness Center is closed in accordance with local guideline.
  • Self-parking is available; no Valet service is currently available for parking. Please check-in at the front desk so that we may provide you directions and garage access.
  • Mobile check-in and service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Social Distancing Practices. You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing, and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Effective July 27th guests are required to wear face coverings in all indoor public spaces.
  • Guest Rooms. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. Housekeeping service will be provided upon request. All housekeeping will be conducted while you are away from the room where possible. You can contact us via Mobile Chat or Request in the Marriott Bonvoy app or stop by the front desk to schedule a time.
  • Room Amenities. In-room coffee makers and ice buckets are not currently available in the guest rooms, but guests can request contactless coffee and ice delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
