Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions have been put in place to ensure compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, and elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

 

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are encouraged to wear personal face coverings in compliance with Washington State Mandate.

 

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

 

In-room coffee makers, ice buckets, clothes iron, hair dryers and make-up mirrors have been removed from guestrooms and are cleaned, sanitized, and wrapped for delivery upon request.

 

Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

 

TV remotes are cleaned, sanitized, and individually wrapped before each guests' arrival.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: Open daily by appointment. Please stop by the Front Desk to schedule an appointment for your workout.

Restaurant, Lounge, M Club: Our restaurant is open and offering carry-out for select meals Thursday through Saturday, our team will confirm operating hours with you at check in.


Lobby: Open, reduced seating capacity to promote social distancing.


Elevators: Signage has been placed to limited occupancy.


Pool: As of Labor Day, our pool is closed for the season.

Our restaurant is open for select meals during the week. All CDC and local public health protocols will be followed, including social distancing, sanitation, food preparation, and delivering measures. Our property is pleased to offer Mobile Dining for our guests.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
