Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, seating capacity reductions in our lobby and Starbucks in compliance with local and state mandates, and acrylic shields installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines. In order to decrease close contact situations, our hotel offers mobile check-in and mobile key, and service requests made convenient via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Prepackaged amenities are available and delivered in bags allowing for contact-free delivery.

No valet service is currently available for parking.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn by all staff, including face coverings as required by Washington State law in all public areas including elevators. Guests are required to wear face coverings in public areas of hotel in line with local government ordinance.

In an effort to limit contact, housekeeping services will be provided as required upon request. If cleaning is requested, a time will be arranged when the guest does not plan to be in the room. Refreshed amenities and linens are available for delivery upon request at any point during a guest's stay.

Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Parking: Self-parking only at this time, valet parking is not currently available.
Travel essentials and snacks available at Front Desk.
Fitness Center: Currently Closed

Sheraton Club Lounge: Currently Closed

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner options are currently available in to-go format maintaining quality taste and presentation. Guests can pick items up at Front Desk or have them delivered with the new knock and step back standards.

Starbucks with marketplace including Northwest beer & wine: Open 6 am - 1 pm daily.
In Room Dining, limited menu: Open 4 pm - 11 pm daily. Guests may pick items up at Front Desk or have them delivered with the new knock and step back standards.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
