Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
  • Signage in public spaces reminds our guests to maintain social distancing. We have added partitions at check-in to provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and our associates. You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging everyone to stand at least 6 feet apart.
  • Mobile check-in and key and service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Self-Parking is currently available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal cleaning and disinfecting protocols. In addition, hand sanitizing stations have been installed throughout our public areas including hotel entrances, our front desk, lobby, elevator banks and meeting spaces.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Guestrooms: In our guestrooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with CDC approved disinfectants. And we are placing antiseptic wipes in each room for your use.
  • Housekeeping Service: Housekeeping service will be scheduled with you during your stay to ensure no contact at time of cleaning. Additional linens or toiletries can be requested through the Marriott Bonvoy app for contactless delivery.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. During your visit, we will be observing special hours and closures for the following areas of our hotel:

 

  • Westin Workout Fitness Studio & Pool: Our Westin Workout Fitness Studio and Pool are available for private use by appointment 6AM to 4PM Sunday to Thursday and 6AM to 8PM Friday and Saturday. To reserve a time to MOVE WELL, please contact a member of our Guest Services team. Please stop by the Front Desk for walking and jogging maps as well as recommendations for workout moves in your guestroom.
  • FedEx Office & Business Center: The FedEx Office & Business Center in the hotel lobby is temporarily closed. All packages received will be held for arrival.
  • Gift Shop: Our hotel gift shop is temporarily closed.
  • Our full-service restaurant, Relish Burger Bistro, and In-Room Dining are temporarily closed.
  • For your dining experience, Relish TO-GO is open daily from 7AM to 7PM. Serving breakfast until 12PM and serving gourmet burgers, sandwiches, salads, snacks, beverages until 7PM. 
  • Our 1900 FIFTH Bar + Lounge is also open from 3pm to 9pm on Friday and Saturday's.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
