Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with government regulation, and signage placed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key together with other service requests available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • AI robot ‘Cobot' delivery service is available. In-room amenities can be delivered directly to the guest's room by Cobot upon guest request.
  • Mobile Convenience Store direct access QR codes are available on in-room tent card and public area signage. General convenience store items, daily necessity and all in room dining menu are available. AI robot Cobot can deliver all of the Mobile Convenience Store items and several In Room Dining menus.

All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.

We are committed to making the amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. Safety, Hygiene and cleanness are our top priority therefore we implement additional cleaning protocols.

 

  • Enhanced Public Areas Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas such as lobby, restaurants, restrooms, elevators by using specific disinfectants and we provide hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates wear PPE (Face Coverings, Gloves etc.) based on the activities they are performing.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We have deployed enhanced technologies as electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: We provide disinfectant wipes for every arriving guests as well as upon request.
  • We have placed a Mobile Convenience Store QR code in every room which provides In Room Dining menus. Guests can order by mobile through the QR code and several menus can be delivered by AI robot ‘Cobot' in order to provide untact service.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Closed until further notice.
  • Executive Lounge: Limited services such as coffee and beverages will be provided until further notice.

*When we open the above facilities according to the local regulations, limited capacity of 50% and face masks required and social distancing will be encouraged.

Registration required with electronic access QR code or by hand writing your contact details before having access to our restaurants and bar. You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to seat at least 2 meters apart. Our restaurant team abides by state and local guidelines, including the use of face masks and gloves.

 

  • Breakfast Buffet and Executive Lounge Happy Hour Service will be served as an individual plated meal until further notice. Pick-up service is available from Garden Kitchen or guests can have the meal at the Garden Kitchen if preferred.
  • The Lounge: Open, Shortened Operation Hours may apply until further notice.
    • Operation Hour: 11am - 10pm
  • In Room Dining: Shortened Operation Hours may apply until further notice.
    • Operation Hour: A.M. - 6:30am - 11:00am (Mon-Fri), 7:00am - 12:00pm (Sat, Sun, Public holidays). P.M. - 5:00pm - 10pm (everyday)

We implement temperature screening for every associates and vendors at entry points as well as every guests when required in accordance with government guidelines. Temperature screening camera is installed in the lobby with 24hrs surveillance.
