Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Face Coverings are required for all guests and associates.
  • All guests and associates are required temperature screening to enter all public places. Guests with temperatures above 37.5 will be prohibited from entering the Hotel.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are placed in high-touch areas for the guests' comfort and wellbeing in all public spaces.
  • Appropriate barriers installed at front desks and restaurants to separate associates and guests.
  • Floor graphic stickers have been placed directly to the floor to stand 2 meters apart to maintain social distancing.
  • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurants and fitness center in accordance with guidelines set by the local health authority.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out your invoice will be available to view directly in the app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobbies, restaurants and bars and fitness center as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings. All vendors and employees entering the building are getting temperature checks.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

 

Room Amenities:

 

  • Place the in-room guest cards with Commitment to Clean message and sanitation kits (sanitizing wipes) in the guest room.
  • Minibars will be available only upon request.
  • Removing non-essential high-touch items (magazine or books, etc.) from all public areas including guest rooms.
  • Deeper cleaning between guest stays; focused on using the right chemicals in every single part of the room


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open. Modified floor plans to increase space between equipment, furniture, etc. Face Coverings are required.
  • Room Service: Available.
  • Business Center: Open 24 hours.
