Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Upon strict social distance policy, staying will be restricted to the guests who exceed the fixed number of guests in room.
  • Signage is located throughout the hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing and plexiglass partition has been installed at check in desk.
  • Valet parking limitedly offers from 9AM to 6PM on weekends.
  • Seating capacities are arranged at 1-2M intervals in our restaurants.
  • All the guests are required to wear a mask in public area, restaurants, and other facilities.
  • Sanity gloves are recommended to wear in Feast and Club Lounge. 
  • Every public area in hotel is disinfected every two hours.
  • All employees in the hotel conduct three times of temperature checks every day.
  • At check-in, all guests are required to complete a temperature check and health questionnaire, and may be restricted from admission if they check for fever above 37.5 degrees.
  • Hand sanitizers are placed in restaurants, spa, fitness, and public spaces such as elevators, including check-in desks.
  • The room key and pen are UV disinfected every day.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

To access fitness, in-door pool, sauna, and screen golf zone,

  • All guests are required to complete a temperature check and health questionnaire.
  • All guests are required to sign in the guest book and check-in with QR code.


Occupancy limit may applied to maintain social distancing in fitness, in-door pool, sauna, and screen golf zone.

In the in-door swimming pool,

  • You can enter the swimming pool after changing into a swimsuit from the room, and private lockers are temporarily unavailable as part of social distancing.
  • The swimming pool operates eight times of maintenance for 20 minutes daily and is not available during maintenance.


In the Gym,

  • The facility temporarily open from 6AM to 10PM.
  • Running shoes rental service is not available.
  • You can enter the gym after changing into a sweat suit from the room, and private lockers are temporarily unavailable as part of social distancing.
  • GX program is temporarily unavailable.


In the Screen Golf zone,

  • Fitting capacities are reduced to maintain social distancing.
  • Golf club rental service is not available.
The operation of F&B services may change upon hotel's circumstance and Korean government guidelines of social distancing. Recommended to contact the restaurants for more information.

At Feast,
  • Buffet service may stopped temporarily or menus are available as a la carte options only. Please contact Feast for more information.
  • ‘Feast To Go', take-out service of buffet menu is available.

At Lobby Lounge.Bar and Fit Café,
  • Snack and cookies are provided as individually packaged products.
  • Take-out services is available excluding alcoholic beverages to maintain social distancing.

At Club Lounge,
  • Happy Hour service is offered as A LA Carte Meu.
