Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Temperature check camera is installed and individual temperature check to enter hotel and individual outlets are necessary with sanitizer hand wash. Temperature above 37.5 Celsius guest is not allowed to enter hotel.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center and indoor Golf Range: Open, face masks required at all times. Temperature check & Sanitizer hand wash required.
  • Sauna: Close to Public, Open to fitness members only. Open, face masks required at all times. Temperature check & Sanitizer hand wash required.
  • Spa: Open, reservation required. Temperature check & Sanitizer hand wash required.
  • Executive Lounges: Open, face masks required for entry. Temperature check & Sanitizer hand wash required.
  • All guests are required to put face masks, personal QR screening is mandatory to leave visitor records.
  • All outlets operate with 2 meter distance seating arrangement.
  • Buffet & sharing service is banned above Level 2 social distancing according to government guideline.
  • All outlets are closed by 9pm above Level 2.5 social distancing.
  • Take away and contactless delivery is available at Tavolo 24.
  • Tavolo 24: Open (Close above Level 2 social distancing, breakfast operation may be served at Executive Lounge or alternated to in-room dining).
  • BLT Steak: Open.
  • The Griffin: Close.
