Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our Restaurants, Fitness, and Spa areas in accordance with South Korea's government guidance.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in the public restroom, front desk, restaurant, and Soo Fitness & Spa reception desk.
  • Self-Parking recommended, valet service available on request.
  • Face mask is required to be worn in hotel public areas.
  • We limit elevator occupancy to 2 persons or 1 family at a time.
  • QR code check-In is required for F&B outlets.

 

All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning
  • Personal Protective Equipment(PPE): Staff members will wear PPE(e.g. face mask, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face masks.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.
The modifications we have made include:

 

  • SOO Fitness: OPEN, 5:45 am to 10:30 pm. Reduced capacity. Increase the distance between exercise equipment and maintain at least 2 meters distance between users.
  • Indoor Swimming Pool: OPEN, 5:45 am to 10:30 pm. Reduced capacity. Occupancy limits up to 40 persons.
  • SOO Spa: OPEN, 9 am to 6 pm, booking required.
  • Literature including magazines, books have been removed from the public area.

We have revised service across our Restaurants so check the website for the latest opening times.


We strongly recommend booking, use of contactless payments, or credit/debit card payments.


Pick-up service is available directly from the restaurant as the preferred option and booking is required.

 

  • Room Service: OPEN, 11:30 ~ 18:00(Last order 17:00). Offerings are subjected to change in accordance with restaurant conditions.
  • Park Cafe: OPEN, 7:30 am to 6 pm for Breakfast, Lunch. Breakfast and Lunch will be served on the table. Dinner is not available until further notice.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

For the Health and Safety for our Associates & Customers, the following precautions may be in place during your event:

 

  • Social distancing measure of more than one meter which may include one-way system, space capacity limits in public areas (e.g. restrooms, lifts).
  • Hand sanitizer stations in public areas, event spaces, setting up plain partition for personal space.
  • Group lead contact details will be kept with our event coordinator for 4 weeks to support the government contact tracing initiative.
  • Enroll and access with checkup temperature for all guests in front of entrance.

Our dedicated event planner will work with event organizers on the implementation of protocols and procedures specific of your event.
