Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits, and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and health authorities mandates. Mobile check-in & out is available but room service is currently not available.

  • Due to strict social distancing, the maximum number of person per room is limited to 2 person until further.
    • Children under 13 years old are also included number of person.
  • Any type of gatherings in room may not allowed upon circumstances.
  • In case of overseas arrivals, any documentary evidence is required to proof vaccination or negative result of Covid 19.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and passageway as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the health authorities. All vendors and employees entering the building are getting temperature checks.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Room service is currently unavailable. Individual hygiene items provided in all guest rooms.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Our restaurant team abides by the health authorities and local guidelines, including the use of masks and gloves. Moreover, measuring the body temperature of all guests when entering the hotel. Daily cleaning and hygiene protocol for the entire hotel. Individual hygiene items provided to every table.
