Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants and banquets in compliance with local mandates.


Mobile service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Face masks are required in hotel public areas.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including lobby, restaurants, restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., Face mask, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All guests and employees entering the hotel are getting temperature checks.
  • Disinfectant Wipes: Available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Indoor Swimming Pool - Limited to 1 time access for 2 hours per night & Reservations required upon check-in (first-come, first-served basis) / Swimming cap required & Tube not allowed
  • Fitness Center - Limited to 1 time access
  • Sauna - Available for a fee
  • SPA & Hair Salon - Open & Reservation required
  • Club Lounge - Service place and operating hours may be changed.

The food service staff always comply with the health authority's guidelines an wear masks and gloves. All guests entering the restaurant must have their body temperature taken and fill out the entry list via QR code.

For the Health and Safety of our Associates & Customers, the following precautions may be in place during your event:


  • The seats and tables in the event/meeting rooms are set up for one-way passage, and the distance between the seats is arranged at least 1m.
  • Entry capacity for all public spaces and event/meeting rooms is subject to change according to the social distancing levels and guidelines.
  • All equipment will be disinfected before and after the event in accordance with the enhanced cleaning protocols, and frequent contact areas will be disinfected regularly.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in public areas, and all guests are required to wear a mask during events.
  • Disposable tableware, cups, and individual bottled water are provided and used for quarantine purposes.
  • Meeting meals are individually packaged and buffet meals are not served.
  • Queuing may be required.
  • Representative contact information of event organizers will be kept by the hotel in accordance with the government guidelines.
  • Our dedicated event planner will discuss the detailed procedures of the quarantine guidelines applicable to the event with the event organizer.
