Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility.   • Signage present throughout the hotel, emphasizing the importance of practicing social distancing.
  • Venues' maximum occupancy levels and revised seating capacities are clearly indicated to keep guests informed on the hotel's latest standards, following the local and state mandates.
  • Face coverings for all guests and employees are required to be worn in hotel public areas.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in high-traffic areas.
  • Mobile check-in and key together with other service requests available through the Marriott Bonvoy App.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment To Clean Program, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We are using enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Sanitization Kit: A sanitization kit (hand sanitizer gel, hand sanitizer wipes, disposable face mask) is provided to our guests during their stay at the hotel.
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to guests' arrival, including: Bathroom surfaces, Buttons, Knobs + Switches, Doors + Handles, Electronics + Telephones, Chair armrest, Television remote control.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest.  We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

Personalized services and amenities have long been part of our hotel culture and will remain the same only if they comply with local regulations, support the property's social distancing efforts and are consistent with the venues newly revised capacity levels. Latest changes implemented by the hotel include:

 

  • Marquis Fitness Club: In accordance with the latest government directions, the personal equipment (towels, socks, etc.) cannot be provided until further notice. It is therefore requested that you bring your own items.
  • Swimming Pool: Can be accessed once (2 hours) per night on a reservation basis.
  • In-room dining: Disinfect in-room dining cart after every use. And guests can choose normal in-room dining delivery procedures or the contact free option based on their preference.

Temperature screening is practiced at all hotel's restaurants, bar and lounge. Visitors to these venues will have to register their personal information through a QR code-based system or in writing.
