Now it's time to kick it up a notch. As part of Marriott International's family of brands, we have implemented a multi-pronged approach to meet the health and safety requirements of our "Commitment to Clean" standards.

We have further raised our already diligent cleaning standards and protocols, while making some tweaks to our services, amenities, and facilities available during your stay.

So here is what you can expect from your stay at Aloft, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with SOUTH KOREA government guidelines, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.


  • Mobile check-in and key is available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. You will still be required to stop by front desk for presenting an ID and registration.
  • Self-Parking recommended, Valet service available upon request. Self parking and Valet service still charged.
  • Wearing of face mask is mandatory for all guests in hotel public areas.
  • Hand sanitizers are available at front desk and restaurants.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All employees are getting temperature checks. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: All rooms were equipped with a tissue-type sanitizer. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Closed until further notice
  • Front Desk(2F): Closed until further notice. Check-in , Check-out and guest services are available at concierge desk(1F)
