Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. Our hotel reminds guests to maintain social distancing by controlling seating capacities in our restaurants and executive lounge areas in accordance with Korean government guidance.

  • The prepared hand sanitizer and sprayer stations are available at public areas.
  • Face coverings/Masks are required to be worn in hotel public areas.
  • Distancing is required when waiting at the front desk and F&B counter.
  • Temperature check before getting in to the restaurant & bar QR code check in procedure as per local government guidance.
  • Minimum separation of 2 meters between dining tables and guests and events tables.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean Program, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: All public areas are disinfected with hospital-grade electrostatic sprayer on a regular basis. High traffic areas & high touch areas which include restrooms, elevators, fitness center, lobbies, restaurants, bars, public phones, door handles are all sanitized on an hourly basis with ECO-LAB approved sanitizers. High traffic areas including lobbies, restrooms and fitness center are all set with sanitizers.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All staffs are required to wear PPE while on duty (face masks, sanitary gloves, etc.) in accordance with the directions and regulations from local authorities. All vendors and employees entering building are required for temperature checks.


Room Amenities:

 

  • A disposable disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest.
  • For the safe hygiene of all customers, the minibar in the room has been removed.
  • Non face to face amenity delivery upon request. All items are packaged and wrapped for guest safety
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. Housekeeping cleaning services are available until 16:00 on a daily basis. If you would like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: The operation of the fitness center may be restricted according to government guidelines. The prepared hand sanitizer and sprayer stations are available at fitness center and face mask are required all time.
  • Shuttle Bus: Shuttle bus is not operated according to social distancing regulations.
  • Our Food and Beverage team are introducing deeper and more frequent cleaning with extra attention for high touch area.
  • Displayed hygiene/safety signage and hands sanitizing gel in food and beverage areas
  • Food and Beverage team to disinfect furniture after every seating.

The Food and beverage operation hours may be restricted according to the local government guidelines.

  • Ensure cutlery sets match the number of seats for each table seating.
  • Breakfast is available for individual set, grab and go, and served to the guest's room.
