Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Hand-sanitizer stations have been installed at key locations.

Face masks should be worn at all times inside the hotel's public areas.

These precautionary measures may change if the government updates its guidelines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Cleanliness, we improved our cleaning practices to keep our property and guest rooms in best condition. Our high standards of hygiene include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased cleaning and disinfection frequency, particularly in those populated areas with high contact including restrooms, elevators, and escalators.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members are required to wear PPE (e.g. Face masks and gloves) in compliance with the Korea's health authorities. For your own safety, please wear masks upon entry.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
