Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotel reminds guests to maintain social distancing at all times within public areas of the hotel. Park Grill Restaurant is currently closed to indoor dining; However In-room Dining will be available. When Park Grill Restaurant is authorized to re-open, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions will be adhered to as directed by local and state mandates.

Partitions have been installed at front desk. Contactless Mobile check-in and key are available at Le Meridien San Francisco. Guest service requests and room service orders are delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) 100% of the time while working within the hotel, as mandated by local ordinances. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings while in public areas of the hotel and also outdoors within the City & County of San Francisco.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:


  • In-room refreshment centers and coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless delivery of coffee and refreshments.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
  • Fitness Center: Closed, as directed by local ordinances.
  • Park Grill Restaurant: Closed to indoor dining.
  • In-room Dining: Contactless food & beverage delivery available.
  • Bar 333 Lounge: Closed, as directed by local ordinances.
  • Embarcadero & Wharves: Open, social distancing and masks required.
  • Ocean Beach & Golden Gate Park: Open, social distancing and masks required.
  • Ferry Building & Public Transit: Open, social distancing and masks required.
  • In-room Dining Options are available with contactless delivery to your guest room door.
  • Park Grill Restaurant & Bar 333 Lounge are currently closed.
  • Indoor dining and indoor bars remain closed in San Francisco, in compliance with local health ordinances.
