The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
The San Francisco Department of Public Health requires that all guests, age 12 and older, show proof of full vaccination, prior to dining in restaurants and bars, or working out in the fitness Center. Please be prepared to show proof that you are fully vaccinated before entering our restaurants and fitness center, unless you are taking food to go. Valid forms of vaccination include:
 
  • Original, copy or picture of your CDC Vaccination Card
  • Documentation from a healthcare provider
  • Personal digital Covid-19 vaccine record issued by the State of California or by an approved private company

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests must wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
  • The Restaurant: Open for buffet breakfast on Saturday and Sunday for indoor or take-out dining.
  • Bin 480: Visit Bin480 in our lobby for handcrafted cocktails and scrumptious bites. Open Friday and Saturday nights.
  • Concierge Lounge: Open for breakfast Monday-Friday for indoor dining with concierge lounge access.
  • The Restaurant: Open for buffet breakfast on Saturday and Sunday for indoor or take-out dining.
