Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing.
  • Seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local regulatory laws and sneeze guards installed at buffet stations.
  • Floor signage to encourage safe social distancing (6ft) while waiting for your check in turn.
  • Pre-arrival guests are encouraged to use the Bonvoy mobile app for a faster, contactless check-in. Guests will still be required to present an ID upon arrival and they will be able to contact our Guest Services team throughout the stay via the Mobile Chat option, while upon check-out the invoice will be available to view directly in the app.
  • Hand sanitizer (71% alcohol) available at the entrance, on check in desk and throughout our public areas.
  • Face masks available upon request.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: high traffic areas and high touch areas (door handles, handrails, elevator buttons, lobby desks) are cleaned and disinfected every 60 minutes.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): gloves and face masks are worn by our associates at all times and social distancing rule of 6 feet is respected while performing cleaning and disinfection.
  • Electrostatic Spraying & Ozone Machines: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including disinfectant sprayers, HEPA / ULTA filtration of air units and vacuum, ozone machines to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Training: all our housekeeping and front desk associates certified 4 Clean Matters training (worldwide recognized training program by Ecolab on enhanced hygiene practices).
  • In-Room Amenities: a welcome kit including a disposable facemask and single use disinfectant wipe, is placed in each guestroom upon arrival.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, capacity limitations may be in place at peak times to enable social distancing and enhanced cleaning protocols. Hand sanitizer is provided at check in and facemasks are available upon request.

  • Pool: Open

Our restaurant team abides by local regulatory laws, including limited seating capacity and the use of face masks and gloves by all associates at all times. Advance booking is strongly recommended and use of contactless payments or credit/debit card encouraged.

 

  • Viet Kitchen: Our all day dining restaurant, specialized in Asian and Western classics. Semi-buffet breakfast, A La Carte lunch and dinner. Buffet Dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. Open daily - 6.00 am to 10 pm.
  • Kabin: Renowned Cantonese restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. A la carte and Dim Sum all-you-can-eat menu lunch and dinner. Open daily - 11.30 am to 2.30 pm, 6 pm to 10pm.
  • RBar: Our lobby bar, perfect for a coffee break or a drink after work. Coffee, drinks and light bites. Open daily - 7 am until midnight.
  • Atrium Lounge: Closed until further notice.
  • Liquid Sky Bar: Closed until further notice.
  • Room Service: Available from 6AM to 11PM.

Food delivery will be available to our guestrooms from our restaurants. Pick-up service is available from front desk or directly from the restaurant as the preferred option.

Our hotel enforces enhanced hygiene and cleanliness practices in the back of the house departments as follows:

 

  • Temperature check is performed daily at associate entrance.
  • Hand sanitizers are available in all areas at back of house, including elevators, associate dining area, lockers and corridors.
  • All working surfaces, lockers, food preparation tables and associate dining areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day.
  • Social distancing signage is placed throughout the back of the house areas.
  • Self-audit on food hygiene is performed weekly, monthly self-audit on global hygiene protocol is performed monthly.
