Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Pre-arrival email is sent out to communicate "Commitment to Clean" standards.
  • Temperature screening and hand disinfection for every guest upon his or her arrival.
  • Signage is visible throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster and contactless check-in and check-out.
  • Hand-sanitizing stations are available in high traffic areas. Face coverings are required to be worn in the hotel's public areas.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand-sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Room Amenities: Sanitizing wipes (individually wrapped) are provided in rooms and face masks are available on request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, reduced capacity.
  • Swimming Pool: Open, reduced capacity.
  • Spa: Open, reservation required.
We have revised service across our Restaurants and Bars so check the website for the latest opening times. Digital menus with QR scan codes are available in all areas. We strongly recommend advanced booking, use of contactless payments or credit/debit card payments. Food delivery will be available to our guestrooms from our restaurants. Pick-up service is available directly from the restaurant.

Latitude 10 Lounge + Bar, G Floor: open daily for a-la-carte breakfast, all-day-dining and drinks

Latest Recipe Restaurant, M Floor: Closed for breakfast and lunch. Open for buffet dinner every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 18:00 to 22:00; and for Sunday Brunch from 12:00 to 15:00.

Bamboo Chic Restaurant, Level 9: Closed until further notice.

Rooftop Lounge Level 22: Club Lounge is being operated as Rooftop Lounge serving a-la-carte menu from 18:00 - 22:00 daily upon reservation request. For Elite members and Club room guests, we continue to offer breakfast and evening happy hour arrangements at Latitude 10 Lounge + Bar.

  • Staggered arrivals, departures and breaks. Queuing may be required. Temperature screening upon arrival.
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout day of high-touch areas
  • We provide single-used cutlery, cups, water bottles/cans and reduce/remove non-essential items including linens, pre-set plates, glassware and décor.
  • Meals and breaks will be served by associates or pre-packed/ pre-boxed.
  • Group lead contact details will be kept with our safety and security team for 21 days to support government contact tracing initiative.
  • Our dedicated event planner will work with event organizers on the implementation of protocols and procedures specific of your event.
