Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Social distancing signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing protocols, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local government regulations.
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, lobby, restaurants, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Room Amenities:

 

  • Enhanced cleaning between guest stays.
  • Deep cleaning and disinfection of all furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
  • Deeper cleaning of high-touch items (handles, knobs, pulls, electronic and temperature controls).
  • Reduced non-essential high-touch items (magazine or books, etc.).
  • Frequent Air Condition vent and filter cleaning and disinfection.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Fitness Center/ Swimming Pool:

 

  • Social distancing signage, signage encouraging guests to self-wipe down equipment
  • Limited capacity to allow social distancing with 2-meter space between fitness equipment & sun loungers
  • Hand sanitizer stations and disinfectant wipes are available
  • Face masks are available upon guests' request
  • Associates wears personal protective equipment
  • Day beds, gym equipment & interior furnishings are sanitized at least every 2 hours
  • Spa: not available at the moment
  • Social distancing signage, hand sanitizer stations, sneeze guards, digital menu via QR code are available
  • Disposable gloves are available for each guest to use when handling serving utensils at the buffet restaurant
  • Tables and chairs are cleaned with disinfectant between each guest's use. Face masks are available upon guests' request, associates wearing personal protective equipment

For the Health and Safety of our Associates & Customers, the following precautions may be in place during your event:

 

  • Social distancing measure which may include one-way system, space capacity limits in public areas (e.g. restrooms, lifts).
  • Hand sanitizer stations in public areas, event spaces and face coverings available on request for all guests.
  • Single use cutlery, cups, water bottles/cans, function rooms linen-less table setup.
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout day of high-touch areas.
  • Food can be pre-boxed/pre-packed with no self-service buffets.
  • Staggered arrivals, departures and breaks. Queuing may be required.

Our dedicated event planner will work with event organizers on the implementation of protocols and procedures specific of your event. All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.
